Re: A Most Unusual Flush

I did get clean and stone free and went to seasonal flushing. A little over a year ago I was in an accident and injured my back and neck. I am in almost constant pain and cannot walk. I take pain medication on a regular basis. That and the stress of the injury seems to be promoting the creation of more stones. I want to stress that my situation is not typical, but I am thankful that continuing to flush every few months help me from getting as congested as I was when I first started flushing. Personally, I think all adults would benefit from flushing every three to twelve months depending on their general state of health and diet, meds, stress level and other factors.
