I bought a man I know a product called SAM-E and some Omega 3 fish liver oils
when he was feeling this way two years ago, and he is still doing fine(and still taking these products)
The experience of Near Death Experience people is that killing yourself or hurting
others won't solve anything; it will only complicate your existence and make how you feel now even worse. Try SAM-E. Even Walmart carries it in some cities. Also, ask the angels to help you. They can battle for you when you are too down trodden to help yourself. Ask them to guard you against all things that will harm your body,mind, or soul; and to keep you from doing anything that will hurt yourself or others. You have nothing to lose by trying this, even if you don't believe in angels.
