i told you not to do it, too, but moreless buted in and we got hidden. in fact, there was no need to hide my first post. musta been maya.

any calcium supplement is going to diminish symptoms. but the fact that it does that also means that nerve and other pathways are getting blocked, then they get clogged up, then they get packed in like cement, then you have rocks where you should have living tissue. its called calcification. it is the cause of old age due to lack of circulation.

so if you dont mind loss of mobility in joints, gray hair and wrinkles, not to mention heart disease and stroke and diabeties and etc, go for it. as young as you look, it will take longer than someone in their 30s or 40s, but hey, whats time when your having fun?
