Hello & coconut oil

Hi All!

I've been missing everyone, I've not been on for awhile, and probably won't be back for awhile again, but I just had to let you all know, especially Laughinngrrl, that I've purchased some virgin unrefined coconut oil - and it actually smells like coconut!  It even had a nice taste!  The stuff I tried the first time had no taste at all.  I ordered 1 gallon from Mountain Rose Herbs (as suggested by the lovely Wombat) and I really like their stuff!  This coconut oil is really nice!  I plan on using some of it in cooking, etc.  I'm holding off a bit because I want to read a little more about it, but pulling with it will be nice.  I just ate a spoonfull of it when I opened it up.

I also bought their evening primrose oil, but I don't think it tastes very good.  I've pulled with it a half dozen times already.  Now I mix it with sunflower or sesame seed oil instead of going it straight because of the taste.  I also bought their pumpkin seed oil, for my husband to eat.  It is too expensive to pull with!

I'm still pulling and still having good results with my legs not bothering me (no more restless leg syndrome).  Also, one more thing I've noticed, it seems to be helping my bladder as well.  For years I suffered with what I thought were bladder infections, and if it werent that then I thought it was yeast. I was getting checked very frequenly and they never could come up with anything.  Then I met a doctor who wanted me to try Diflucan, which is for overly sensitive bladder.  I don't like to take pills, but I thought I'd give it a try.  I did not take them every day as directed, I only took one when I felt I was coming down with a bladder infection.  I still have the original bottle and it is over a year old now, I used about 25 of the pills, that means I thought I had a bladder infection that many times last year.  However - since I've started pulling I've not had to take any of those pills! I've not felt like I had a bladder infection, or if I did it was very very slight and I just drank a bunch of water to make it better - but really, since I started pulling I've not had that problem.

Again, I just have to say, "Thank God for Oil Pulling!"
