Re: Reduce dosage!

I take one teaspoon (5 ml) every evening before bed, and usually also one teaspoon in the morning. I sleep better when I take it before bed. That is why I prefer to take it in the evening.

I have noticed that if I get discomfort after taking GCG, it usually helps to take a few drops of green tea extract. They seem to work very good together, whereas herbs with similar effect as GCG don't.

If GCG have interfered with my flushing is very hard to tell, despite that I have done 26 flushes. Every flush is so different, and many things seems to influence the results. What I do know for sure is that the GCG (among other things) makes me feel a lot better in between the flushes.
