i also wanted to add....

that this:

"i started to eat little bits off "junk" thinking that it wouldn't hurt but before too long"

happened to me in the past. for example i lose weight, then decide to eat a mini chocolate every now and then. the sugar eventually makes me crave a bigger chocolate and the cycle gets worse. the weight just creeps on you.

and I really feel for you with regards to this:

"i am slopping around in clothes with elasticated waists and have gone up 2 dress sizes again. i really do feel totally depressed and very irritable..."

i've figured its better to buy 'fat' clothes that make me look and feel good. when i look and feel better, i have more enthusiasm to improve on my appearance and make an effort to resist eating bad stuff.


i have an idea. rather than juicing all those fruits and veggies, why not just eat them and keep your metabolism going? include a good protein source everyday in the evening and you got your bases covered nutritionally. you will lose weight, i promise!

i also noticed lately that my hair is falling out from my fasting last month. i got lots to spare so its no big deal, but what if i didn't? please take care of yourselves people!
