Has Any Tried This Supplement?

I hear Garden of Life is a good brand - I would need to absorb 100% of my daily intake of iron and B-12 from it (those 2 I never seemt o get enough of lol). I'm not sure if you can absorb B-12 form caplets, though. For B-12 I've only had luck with liquids before. Thoughts?

Basically, I'm hoping this would replace my need for spirulina, b-complex, iron and zinc (those supplements can get quite costly every month). Does that sound reasonable?
