Desperate, please help

I've been experiencing these symptoms for many years, and have taken many prescriptions and over-the-counters, nothing works. I've been to many doctors, but still don't have an official diagnosis. Any suggestions on what I can do? I am a young female in my early 20s, I don't think this is a typical condition that runs in my family... Is there any hope for a cure for these symptoms? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Does anyone have any idea what this condition is and what its called?


Cystic acne/very greasy oily skin all over face, neck, shoulders, chest, back. It's very painful to touch. Leaves behind scars. Also whiteheads and blackheads.

Noticable hair loss on scalp that already has fine/thin hair to begin with.

Excessive growth of facial/body hair, that doesn't respond to any type of hair removers (no matter which brand or type of remover, be it wax, shaving, depilatories, etc, not only does it not remove the hair, but it leaves behind a lovely rash that looks like huge cystic bumps (kind of like my acne)
