I know that's easy to say, don't be scared. But the truth is, you can only learn and take the steps that you feel to be the best and all the worry and anxiety in the world are not going to help the diabetes.

Just for your information, a friend of mine's husband is a type I diabetic. He has an insulin pump and everything. He has started drinking Xango mangosteen juice and has been able to reduce his insulin intake by 25%. This is a big deal for him. Just something for you to consider.
