Do you mean regular Amalgam using dentists or biological dentists who actually take precautions in removal? If you mean regular dentists who drill out the amalgam without protection to themselves or the patient, other than a paper mask, not cutting it into pieces and not using a dental dam, oxygen nasal canula for the patient, etc...I find that hard to believe that any would be careful. High speed water and suction doesn't cut it for safely.

A regular dentist would rather not remove Amalgams in the first place, like when they leave it under a crown - yikes! My biological dentist was formerly a regular amalgam using dentist and he has been practicing biologically now for many years and he is still majorly toxic and continues very careful chelation. So he certainly got heavy exposure back then and I am sure he was "careful". Now he wears so much gear and has so many safety devices it is amazing.

When you say "many", I wonder what "many" really means. I personally won't go to "any" of those regular amalgam dentists ever again, even though I am now mercury free.
