Here is where some of your problem may be !

You live in a Cold Climate and are eating too much foods which are too high in Potassium and not enough Natural Sodium !

Oatmeal is High in Potassium !

Raisins are High in Potassium !

And the Rest of the food is "NOT" High in Sodium, so you are getting too much Potassium in ratio to your Natural Sodium intake !

Foods Naturally high in Sodium are Winter greens and Winter Squash and Good celery and any other Vegetable which has been grown and matured out in Colder weather !

The same Vegetable grown and matured out in warm weather, may "NOT" be high in Sodium tho !

It takes the Cold weather to Cause the Plant to take in more Natural Sodium !

And the Plants which can grow in Colder weather without Freezing, may also contain Higher amounts of Sodium !

And for people who are Living in the Colder climates, they need to eat the foods which are grown in Colder weather, if they expect to stay healthy !

If you can get Top Quality Kelp which may be grown in Colder waters, this may be Higher in Natural Sodium and may help you Solve your problems, if you take enough to balance out the excess of Potassium you are eating !
