Can't comment on QRS but I do know of a case involving a child where the child is quite ill. She has not been formally diagnosed, but I suspect that she may have a few illnesses including Fibromyalgia. She's lethargic, foggy , gets headaches quite often and she's very sensitive to EMF's. Her dad bought a unit that cuts EMF's in the home by over 80%. I've seen the "before & after" readings, myself, with the use of a Graham Stetzer surge meter. The bonus is that it's designed and marketed to reduce energy consumption by conserving the constant household surges, so rather than the unit being a cost, it turns out to be an investment.
