Does full body detox mean taking baths as suggested by Moreless or other things like liver flushes (last two years have done more than 40 liver flushes), etc.

Incidentally, I went yesterday to a couple of grocery shops for veggies grown in Canada and found that most of the produce was from USA and south america. If it doesn't continue to be extreme cold I may go during the weekend to hunt for Canadian produce.

I did oil swish and changed to lemon from ACV yesteday evening and was itching all over rest of the evening and night. I did Oil swish and alkalziing drink this morning and will keep to that to see if the itching and boils like warts continue.

My eye pain is getting better and headache seems to be non existence. Unfortunately, the antibiotic is proving that I needed to take it to get over it. Mucus still continues to come out in cough form a lot and wheezing continues.
