My experience so far...

Based upon my experience and While there are most likely many other factors, I believe that HIS is responsible in part (maybe a big part) for the ubiquitousness of obesity in this country.

Much obesity is thought to be caused by inflammation and edema.

I have not changed my diet much at all (it is always in flux with the seasons) and my belly seems to be flattening out... many know I have been exercising and detoxing for about two years reaching a plateau after about a year that would not budge. I think it may just be too coincidental that I started adding extra Iodine in the form of Atomidine first and then Lugol's when it arrived in the last week and am seeing these results already.

I started with about 12.5 to 15 mg a day... yesterday I did 75mg just to see how I tolerated it. This did not include about 12 - 15mg through the kelp I ate. I felt a little funky, but wondered if it was detox. I was also very thirsty, drinking a lot of water and herbal tea; and in the bathroom just as much.

I believe it is an inflammation and edema throughout my lymphatic system that may be clearing up, NOT FAT, as the effect seems to be throughout my whole body including my previously swollen joints; but that is just a guess.

I am going to back off to 50mg a day (not counting kelp intake) and see how it goes over the next week; hope I can be consistent.

better focus
more energy
sounder sleep
Joints, especially my problematic knees much more comfortable with MUCH less swelling and inflammation

bowel movement changes for the better, so much so I have reduced my consumption of the ML drink (I was doing three, and am down to two a day) and my green foods drink some.

Beard seems to be coming in darker in and around the chin; cannot confirm the hair color change though.

While I was a little reluctant to try this, I am finding the change absolutely flabbergasting.

Note: this is preliminary... I MAY (depends on positive results or not) back off after the next week to see what happens, better or worse to gage physical response. Usually if a supplement is helping me, when it is removed, there is a gradual return to previous conditions. May not be as noticeable with this though as I will keep eating sea weeds kelp and dulse regardless.
