I don't know if this will help, but between oil pulling and doing the MC, I had a tooth that the gums had receded very badly. The tooth was super sensitive and discolored above the normal gum line. One day I looked in the mirror and the skin had grown back. You can tell it is new growth as it is a different color from the other skin. When people can't believe me, I just show them.
