Eggs are your best protein food source.Whey is Garbage.The nnu of whey is about16 and egg is about 46 as long as you eat the whole egg.NNu is what everybody should be looking at.on those whey bottles they mislead you buy saying biovability is 90+ %,that means nothing it just means its available to your body.With whey if you took 100 grams of whey protein your body would only use 16 grams, the rest would go the catabolic pathway.Once you get the proper proyein source that takes the anabolic pathway you can very easly lose fat and gain muscle at the same time while only taking in about 60 to 70 grams of protein.
