Juice or Blend?

I'd say to prepare 'Total Juice' in a blender if you're on a maintenance program. Vita-Mix makes the best blender, in my opinion. If you're trying to 'Heal' then juicing is the way to go. A centrifugal, pulp ejection juicer (I like the Omega 4000) is best for large amounts of Carrot Juice. A single-auger (Samson 6 in 1) is good for leafy greens and wheatgrass. I've tried the twin-gear models and don't like them...too slow, and difficult to clean.......Wheatgrass Yogi
