Since OPing all the tartar is gone except for a very resistant part at the roots of a tooth. Now the gums that were previously receding from that tooth are growing back and would tend to grow over the tartar, which is something I don't want to happen. Can you suggest me an effective way to remove it? I tried with wooden toothpicks and it didn't work. Or should I just be patient and wait for the oils to do their job? (but I can't take the risk that the gum grows over the tartar, can I?)
or should I ask the dentist to remove it?
thank you, sorry if this question has already been asked probably a million times
