Perhaps try maca powder, a peruvian plant in the carrot/parsnip family, renowned for its natural hormone balancing effects. It can help normalise steroid hormones (testosterone, progesterone, and oestrogen) and increase energy and fertility (a reference to its effects on the hormonal workings!) It is also referred to as natures viagra for its libido boosting properties.

I've been taking a tablespoon each morning in a smoothie with rice milk and a banana for about 4 weeks now, and I've been having many less breakouts (never had bad acne but pimples would pop up when I was stressed or 'that time of the month') and I can definately vouch for the libido boosting properties too!
