oh my goodness!!

First of all, thank you all so much for the great advice. I really appreciate it, and will definitely make some adjustments.

Also, I am really amazed at what just one pull will do-well, 2, but the first one was only 5 minutes. The one this morning was only 10, but this evening I noticed that some of the tobacco staining between my teeth had faded. (I smoked for years.) I was thinking no way could it have an effect already, so I got out a plastic pick (not even sure why I have these but glad I do) and gently scraped, and guess what. Some of it came off!! I'm so excited!

Here's the OMG part: I may have figured out what this oily mouth thing is all about. I'm ashamed to admit it but I ate at a fast food place yesterday. A cheeseburger and fries. It wasn't even good, but it was soft, so I ate it anyway. Do you suppose this is my body pulling up that yucky grease? That is so gross. There is no way it could be leftover oil from pulling this morning; that's not even logical now that I think about it. I don't know, sounds like it may be. So then I decided it's probably not a good idea to swallow it, so I've been carrying around a small towel, spitting into it like a nut. *sheepish grin* Any thoughts on this?
