Question for those treating fibro-cystic breast

I have been painting with Iodine for 4 days. My breasts are 90% better already. When I woke up this morning and felt them, I started crying. I can't believe it.

My questions are: If I keep on supplementing with iodine, will my beast continue to be healthy/healthier? Has anyone had long term results? Has anyone come up with a protocol for initial treatment and then maintenance?

Do you think the 24 hour spot absorption test is a good way to determine how much iodine the body needs?
