Re: interested in skin brushing

I wouldn't advise the use of body brushing on the face as the skin here is particularly delicate and needs to be treated gently, especially if you suffer with skin conditions such as acne which can be aggrevated by abrasive treatments to the skin.

I brush every day before I shower, brushing in long strokes towards the heart (brushing away from the heart can disrupt circulation and heart rhythym) and it has made my skin much smoother. And be sure to wash your brush weekly to remove dead skin cells and dirt, then allow it to dry naturally to prevent it going mouldy
