You don't know how happy I am to hear that you actually tried it. A lot of people don't and they miss out on being able to control their herpes. If you need to take more right now, it will not hurt you. And that would stop the tingling.

As I said, I am writing a book. And many of the treatments that the general public does not know, like -L-lysine, etc. will be in it.

During my research I have uncovered so many simple remedies, like oil pulling, L-Lysine, etc. that it constantly amazes me what is available to help us health-wise that we are in ignorance of.
