a new spin on the liver cleanse?

I ordered Leo Kiesen's book "acne miracle" and it's bursting with info about curing acne. About cleaning up your diet and vitamins etc. Another thing he talks about is liver cleansing but he puts a new spin on it, he says this cleanse works better than most because of the liver "massage" which draws out more stones in fewer cleanses. (to the more experienced "cleansers" please read through this and reply if he's incorrect or if you see a potential problem or if there's another cleanse that's better, because I'm attempting to try this but want to be sure first, thanks alot) Here's the cleanse:

The ingredients:
1. he says apple juice contains ortho-phospheric acid and will cause blood-sugar levels to rise, causing candida overgrowth, so avoid that. instead you can use straight ortho-phospheric acid from a healthfood store for a week b4 the cleanse, but he says this step is optional.
2. he says to use 6-8 tablespoons epson salt
3. use 2 or 3 fresh pink grapefruits
4. 1/2 to 3/4 cup unrefined flax, walnut or sesame oil instead of olive because olive oil has too much oleic acid and can cause an imbalance in your EFA's (he suggests acne sufferers take balanced EFA's earlier in the book)

The steps of his cleanse:
1. Breakfast: fresh fruit or raw veggies
2. Lunch: Baked potato or veggies. (NO FAT)
3. 2:00 PM: No more food
4. mix epson salts with 5 cups water. refrigerate for better taste.
5. 6:00 PM drink between 3/4 to 1 cup of the salt water mixture. Use a little honey or cold water to remove bad after taste.
6. 7:00 PM 2nd dose of salt water mixture.
7. 8:00 PM 3rd dose
8. 9:45 PM pour 1/2 to 3/4 of the oil into a jar. squeeze at least 1/2 to 3/4 of the grapefruit, remove pulp. Add to oil in the jar. close lid and shake until watery consistency.
9. 10:00 PM drink the oil mixture as quickly as possible. follow with a little cold water or honey for bad after taste
10. Lie down on your back, head propped on pillow, do 10 deep diaghramatic breaths (explained in book). Place both left and right palms down on upper abdomen (where liver is) slightly to the right, just below ribcage. Press down with fingers and palms like a pumping action, you should hear a squishing sound (bile), if not do 10 more breaths, until you hear the sound. Now press down more firmly and forcefully w/o injuring yourself. Keep doing this moving to the left. Do this until you've forced out all the bile (you should be able to hear and feel when the bile has moved to GI tract)
11. Go to sleep, lying flat on your back.
12. Next morning, take last dose of salt water mixture. wait a few hours then eat. he says you should pass many Gallstones when you visit the bathroom.
13. Repeat every 2 weeks until no more stones are passed.
14. Repeat twice a year after that for maintenance.
