FYI - I've also start skin brushing on my face. I think, in my case, my skin is a key eliminator for toxins (I have dry skin) and so the skin brushing is a great follow-up to the oil pulling.
I'd like to mention this is the 1st time in my life I ever remember my skin being this soft (especially on my face). My heels are still dry so hopefully that gets better as well....
Still on a schedule of oil pulling once a day (with coconut oil).
