Glad to here from you, and that you're doing better, keep up the good work. I read on the watermellon kidney cleanes that those sharp grain things are kidney stones, being released through the skin. I'm not sure if that is what they are or not, all the more reason to drink lots of water. I think this stuff has messed with a lot more than my skin. Crow had a post for ACV and honey taken together for arthritis, this seems to have helped with the pain. Would sure like to say off the nsaids, will have to thank him. I swear by the Vit C. Make sure you don't have sugar issues, I get some sort of odd feeling when my sugar is off. I used to live close to the railroad tracks, so I am able to ignore almost any noise real or not. I still get the stings every now and then not like I did before. Found live wormwood herb the first time I ate that I passed what looked like liver stones , and have felt better since. Fresh is the best, all the herbs I take, the ones that I grow have so much more power than the dried. Same holds true with the veggies, anything straight from the ground to the table is almost a drug they are so good and leave you feeling good. I justed started with a couple of herbs and a tomato plant, now I have a salad bowl growing. Along with a bunch of mellons and squash that are growing like weeds. I am putting the silver on the plants, they like it. Got to run. If hitting the booze, helps you sleep then cheers to you. It doesn't matter if it is the drink or the sleep that is helping you enjoy! Drink plenty of water and take it easy.
