Re: Typo O and Senna??

Hello,

I am Type O+ blood and I have not had
any problems using a senna based tea.
I do not use pure senna since it seems
to be harsh on some people's systems
but I do use the Smooth Move teas,
Chocolate being my favorite. I do not
use the tea unless I am fasting so do
not have a huge experience with it
beyond that during cleansing and it has
been fine for me.
