Sorry to hear you had a misunderstanding. They
are pretty up front about there being a delay
if the item is not in stock. Even my little health
food store is often out of stock on maple syrup.
Its so expensive though I buy it online. The
trick is to buy it in plenty of time to be
ready. I prefer to buy it 3-4 gallons in advance
and use the free shipping and good price to my
advantage.
