You should not forget to flush your liver every 2 weeks. Such a rapid weight loss may result in creation of giant (& very paifull) gallstones. Surgery itself is not an easy option either. Liver Flush can and will prevent it all.
Liver flush can be done before, in the middle and after the MC (my personal experience)
