      Just wondering if any of you have eaten or do eat the seeds when you have a piece of fruit? I have in the past and just recently, over the weekend, I ate 2 nectarine seeds on the same day (Saturday). I noticed that Sundy, Monday, and Tuesday my head kind of hurt, like a mild headache; really tight feeling. And I felt very sluggish and run down. I am wondering if you think it was from the seeds? If it was, do you think it was because it attacked something inside me and I was just having some toxin eliminating side effects? Just wondering. Thanks!
