Re: O/T Finally found out about my knee

Thanks, Trapper, I shall do that. I *did* get MH's cayenne salve
for my knee, I just used it twice; I have not been using it at night
cuz it involves wrapping my knee in saran wrap and when I do that I
have to wear a nightie and not my thermals which is what I like to
sleep in--I know, pretty lame excuse. But it shows that I have not
been as motivated lately cuz the pain and swelling are lessening,
which is a good thing. I thank you for the reminder, though. I need
to get back on track!
