salt push, Vitamin C, selenium, magnesium and some niacin, too.
I have had heavy foggy head, headaches... but the salt pushes have them under control. I have been fortunate. I had a strong feeling as I read the archives and links that Iodine would be a major player in recovering my health!

I just did the math and at 6.25 mg per drop, 8 drops is 50 mg!! You are doing great!
