You were lucky to receive your product. I ordered Derma Wand back in April. I continued calling because I didn't receive the product. Every single time I called, I was given a different reply. Mostly, it takes 3-4 weeks, it's on the way, etc. Finally, the last reply was that it was delivered by the post office to my building (which is secured) at 4:30am and I was given a tracking number. I called the post office and was told that if a package was sent, it wasn't scanned. Basically I was told that they sent the package out and it was on me. I think the whole situation is a fraud. Keep your money people.
