Re: Day 10 and very little moving out .... I scheduled a colonic, is it safe?

When Somer did her 50 day fast (supervised)
she had a colonic every 9 days. I have had
colonics and like them but it really is not
necessary, although, if you still have a
feeling of blockages, you might consider
them post cleanse. I had a blockage that
took 3 colonics to clear and once I did,
I could feel the energy flow for the first
time in as long as I could remember. So
colonics do have their place.

For now, I would recommend upping your daily
water intake, and also doing some body
brushing. Try to go deep when you massage
your belly, sort of like how a colonic
therapist does, if you have had one already
and know how this feels. Some hot soaks
to detox is also helpful. Toss 2 cups or
more of Epsom Salts in a hot bath.
