As with sanctuary, on the first day your hair may fallout using it, but its ok as new thicker hair will come through. But this doesnt happen to everyone. Its just that when your hair is about to fall out its in a resting phase already and the essential fatty acids help draw the old hair out for the new thicker hair to come through. It ususally only happens first time round so dont feel intimidated. But for most people it does not happen like this first time round. Also for extra help you can use the emu oil mixed in.
