Balancing is something our bodies do well.

Maybe this part of balancing, the halide part will develop naturally as we become sufficient. Becoming aware of what Iodine deficiency feels like, what bromide and fluoride detox feels like and then what sufficiency feels like might allow us to sense as V did when we are once more out of balance - but in a new way. Maybe this is a step in iodine supplementing - knowing when to say when for awhile.
