Your question: I thought that eating too many seeds will make you acidic because they are too concentrated, contain oil, and require a lot of alkaline minerals and oxygen to be digested. I will eat flax seeds again which I like. What would be the limit? One, two, or three tablespoons a day?


Answer: As in anything Moderation may be the Key to Health !

And then the Quality or Lack of Quality may come to Determine the next step !

For, "IF" the seeds are of good Quality, then when we choose to eat them, we will not need but a very few of them to Satisfy our Hunger !

The problem may come about when being a Glutton of Poor Quality foods to try and satisfy our Hunger !

So, how may "WE" know how much to eat ?

"WE" may take lessons from the wild animals in Nature, if "WE" are smart ?

How do the wild animals "in" Nature eat seeds ?

Do they go to the corner store and find a barrel full of seeds to eat and sit down and make a Glutton out of themself ?

Maybe "WE" need to become more open in our observations of Nature ?

For the Wild animals have to forage for their food, which means that they get exercise and do "NOT" find their seeds in a barrel, but scattered out, thus preventing them from eating too many without working for their food !

And guess what, in this process of food gathering they may eat some Bugs and other foods, so they do "NOT" make a Glutton of themself as people tend to do !

Do you supposed "WE" may learn some Good Lessons of Health from Nature, "IF" "WE" were willing to Humble ourself and come down off our perch of being Wordly Educated beyond our own Intellegence ?
