You're an angel. When I read the word "thickness" - can't even express the thought. Iodinicity. That's the feeling I have. And it is right where you've pointed out. (I actually even have that book which depicts every organ/system in the body - the one you often see the pages of (say, the heart, for example) in (ugh) many MD offices. But this book (more realistic than your image - probably to a fault due to the following) puts everything SO close together - hence the uncertainty. The diagram you posted spreads the organs out better. This helps a ton.

Tea looks good also. I have each of those herbs in tincure, but I'm ready for a good tea. Thanks for this link also.

And unfortunately no - I've not yet made the leap to the salt water yet. Not even Z water, just yet. Not the Z because I purchased a ton of "Smart" water and some oxygenated bottled water - to which I often add Willard's, probably a stupid move (what's the point, i.e.)

One day, actually it was three days before starting Lugols that I did try some Sea Salt water (per all the advice on salt loading and C-upping prior to initiating the Lugols). It just tasted awful and I had to force it down. Made me not feel so good. Kinda the once bitten twice shy thing going on here.

I KNOW I need to get a salt water habit going. I do know this. It rings in my head like tinnitis. When I run out of my cargo container of water, and also my Willard (anyone think the Willard water is in any way a substitute? I once read Grz used it. Where is that bear these days anyway?)
