Is this my imagination, or does oil pulling really work!!!! Long story short, I got sick the beginning of 2004, bronchitis, ear infection, sinus infection all at the same time. Given antibiotic, got better. But sinus infection returned & continued to return every other month. If I wasn't on an antibiotic I had a sinus infection. March 2006 I had sinus surgery, got better, but not 100%, still had sinus infections every so often. Also, find out I'm allergic to wheat & dairy. Go on Allegra D & Nasacort. Allergies become managable & sinus infections not quite as often. Find this website regarding oil pulling a month ago. Start oil pulling 3 weeks ago today w/ Sesame Oil & I haven't taken an Allegra D since then. Use Nasacort, maybe every 3rd day. I'm a believer, I feel like a new person. I hardly have post nasal drip anymore, I can breathe easier, have more energy. I'm actually on my way to the health food store to get more oil!!!! Thanks to all the posters out there who convinced me to try this.
