Magnetising Ozonated Water?

Does anyone have any information on ozonating magnetised water?

I do know that magnetising water causes the clusters of H2O to break down into smaller clusters(see:

thus making the water better absorbed into the body but i'm not sure if smaller clustered water would hold more OR less ozone.

The reason i'm interested is because if magnetised water is apparently better able to cross cell walls than normal water then it should carry ozone deeper into the body.
