I agree with the kefir idea, esp. raw goat milk kefir. Take a cup of that twice a day and to each you add one raw egg yolk from fertile free range eggs. smell first to make sure it's good before tossing into the kefir. Also add EFA's like cold pressed flaxoil 1T. and maybe some coldpressed borage and primrose oil. Add 1T. raw extra virgin coconut oil and 1 t. cod liver oil(carson's is good). You can have all this with some fruit like an apple or so. Besides this have lots of fresh made green veggie juice. You could also have some homemade sauerkeraut with greens and some manna bread ( refrigerated sec. at the health f. store) or steamed broccoli or so.
Use only the good coconutoil on your skin. No cosmetics. Have water to which you add lemon or lime juice fresh throughout the day. Check your ph first thing in the morning before drinking or anything and if it is below 6.8 try and alkalinize more. The veggie juices are great for that. The kefir is important in regulating your hormones, healing your gut, and lots more. I got all this from a very successful acne diet. I don't have acne but the beauty of the skin when following these principles is amazing. It might take a while. Exercise at home to break a sweat and put on a clay mask every 3 days to which you add a few drops of apple cider vinegar, honey and a big of kefir. Leave it on for up to 30 min. or so. Leave your skin alone. Let sun on your skin without suncream for 20 or so but not in the midday hot sun. Don't wash your face often. Make a spray bottle with good water and apple cider vinegar 5:1 and spray it on anytime, esp. after shower or bath which strips the skin of it's natural protective layer. The spray rebalances the skin ph.
I use it on my whole body after each shower.
I was worried about humaworm killing all good bacteria, too. So I amped up all the probiotic foods right away, after.
