Sheldon? Update on Diet + Vitamine E

Yesterday I managed to get a good hydrated formed stool with on top a bit less structered stool.
I managed this on 1 potato, grilled chicken, homemade yogurt with brown rice and a little Inulin.

Inulin is indigestible by the human enzymes ptyalin and amylase, which are adapted to digest starch. As a result, inulin passes through much of the digestive system intact. It is only in the colon that bacteria metabolise inulin, with the release of significant quantities of carbon dioxide and/or methane. Inulin-containing foods can be rather gassy, particularly for those unaccustomed to inulin, and these foods should be consumed in moderation at first.

This is exactly what we want as Insoluble fiber increases the movement of materials through the digestive system and increases stool bulk.

I also use vitamin E, B, C and I tried B3 as extra.

I thought about putting artichoke the next day and increased also the yoghurt with some more inulin.
Boy I think this was a mistake, I had so much flatulence that I could almost not sleep the whole night and so smelly.
I will go back to the potato and grilled chicken only but I am thinking of also juicing carrots for the essential natural vitamins. I am afraid of steaming the pulp and eating it.
The thing is that cooked or steamed carrots give some also trouble as it does not seem to digest well, I see undigested pieces in my stool and it gives also a bit of painly flatulence.

The gas was actually unbearable, I have to take away real soon.
Man this is difficult to get right and unbelievable it worked well on potato and grilled chicken.
The goal is much lesser gas and improvement of the stool.

I will try to eat even smaller portions to not stress the colon that much.
