While maintaining a steady simple diet which gave me a kind of formed stool before.
The last 2 days I could not get it well formed, it feels very jumpy and sometimes real bad gass and sometimes not.
The stool has mass but more like cowshit.
Sometimes I see little pieces of formed stool in the mass.
I wonder, I take inulin as a probiotic which is a insoluble fiber and I red the following: "Insoluble fiber possesses passive water-attracting properties that help to increase bulk, soften stool and shorten transit time through the intestinal tract"
The water attracting part sounds good to increase the bulk but what I don't want is that is shortens the transit time in the intestinal tract because I want it to have time to form rock solid well hydrated stool.
What do you think Sheldon?
I will hold the inulin back for 3 or 4 days see where it goes.
The last 3 days I am not very happy with my results.
I know it needs time, I will give it time but my brains want it quicker ;-(
