I have a clogged liver/GB. (Let us put them together since the liver shoots it's contents into the GB because they are connected. I still have mine. ) It has been dysfunctional for years. Why? I got constipated about 15 years ago and it has gotten nothing but worse.

So I figured if I clean up the organs a bit... things would GO better. Alas my 3 liver flushes were a disaster. I was so sick. Poeple on here would ask... well what does that mean. How were you sick. NO one could ever understand. Well Nothing much came out any end. Flush people used to say try to keep the oil down and I did with peppermint and that was the worst thing I could have done... I should have thrown it up. My body was saying this is horrible I can't do this. And I knew it but did not know why until lately. Neither did anyone else.

I went to a naturopath and told her I could not do flushes and she said "WELL YOU DO NOT DIGEST OIL..... NO WONDER YOU CAN';T DO FLUSHES. YOU ARE AN A BLOOD TYPE AND THEY DO NOT DIGEST OIL." So for all of you out there who have an intuitive feeling you cannot do flushes... you may be right. This is the reason. It finally makes sense to me.

She suggested the lipase pills and that has saved me. However the amount of oil I use has to be small. I may move up a bit to 2-3 Tablespoons but I may not. Just depends on how this all goes. And you can do these minis more often... I will do another today. Even people who cannot digest oil can do this. Yeah.

Anyway... the mini... (with Epsom Salts 2x a few hours before... I only used 2 teaspoons each time - a table spoon is recommended---use your judgement).... produced fat and mucus and maybe a parasite but I could not be sure. It was not TONS of stuff but for me it must have been enough. my shoulder and neck do not hurt now. The numbness in my arm and leg are gone. I was getting really alot of symptoms. SOOO I will continue to do more but the minis and the lipase pills (from ENZYMATICA) do the trick. Plus of course I am not eating fat now since I do not want to irritate my GB which I am sure still needs help.

Another thing that finally came to me... since I do not digest fat... The fat has been depositing in my body for the last 15 years. EVERYWHERE. Including my dimpled cellulite lower half. That fits. Cellulite is fat deposits. Do a national survey on women with cellulite What blood type are they? It has to fit because not everyone gets that stuff. And my cellulite started about when my constipation started at age 45.

So I don;t have many stones if any... because I got an ultrasound 5 years ago that said I did not have any. So what is clogging my GB? FAT. It has been depositing in the liver and GB and will not move out. So I can flush and use enzymes but I have restrictions since fat and me do not get along. (Lipase enzymes in between meals will get rid of your extra body fat deposits. How long will it take??? A long time probably. It took 15 years to deposit. Just dowse how many you need to take each day. ) And NO I AM NOT THE TYPICAL LIVER FLUSHER. But I am still clogged and there have to be more of me out there... with weird needs. NOw however it does not seem so weird. Now it is DO-ABLE.
