Yes, the paleo diet is a must for all people suffering from acne. It has made a difference to my skin when nothing else has worked. I think it is also good if you have candida because of the lack of sugars and simple carbs in the diet. I've only just found out I have candida and leaky gut. The paleo diet is perfect while i'm fixing these problems with my naturopath. I think once I've iradicated the candida and healed my leaky gut I will be able to eat more fruit and the odd sweet here and there. If you haven't tried the diet give it a go because it just makes so much sense. The paleo website also has a great acne e-book for understanding how the diet helps people with acne. If you want to fork out $20 it's definitely worth the read.
