Re: So...had a scary adventure over the weekend.

I have read up on all this stuff ... liver cleansing and parasite cleansing. I ordered it and then put it in the refridgerater till school started and life slowed down. but in the mean time I have been reading up on everything and some things people experience are a mite scary to say the least. I am 53 and did a lot of drugs in my youth but since my thirties have been ok except for the SAD diet and that has scared me plus thinking my liver is messed up because my husband had been diagnosed with Hep c except he is ok now. miracle i KNOW. But I keep thinking because we drink wine and eat SAD DIET i AM GOING TO EXPERIENCE some terrible things. I use to go on a 40 day fast of no meats and no sweets every year but since about three years ago I have not done that and I feel like things have got ahold of me and yes I need to start cleansing but then I don't know where to start.I am scared to do a liver flush and scared to start the parasite cleanse... but I think I will start cleansing my bowels first then start the humaworm and then all the other stuff. I think what scared me is that if I get in a situation where I need to go to the hospital( like dameondemon) my husband would say stop the herbal stuff, and that would be it..
