thanks a lot! for the empathy and the encouragement. it really makes me feel that i am being watched over and secure ( i know this sounds strange but it has an effect on me even if i don't know who anyone is.)

well, i have to make a confession though. that is that i ended up eating but it was raw vegetation only ( which isn't too bad, i guess. but no good for a fast)

well, i AM starting over AGAIN as of now. ( oh my... here we go again but i'm glad to be doing it again)

actually, i think the trick is that when i start going haywire, and craving foods.. what helps me is to eat a bunch of greens...

now i think the munchies have gone away..

i'm ready again . oh well but it is good.

i felt a surge of strange energy ( even though i did eat veggies) and this energy
made it so that i was getting a bunch of things done and it was as if i had fasted.. that is strange.. .maybe it is just my state of mind that is making things seem like obstacles are dissolving... at a good clip

okay.. i'm drinking water now

i feel better
