You know, if I were you, I would just go ahead and do the LF: that may really help you unload a lot of the toxins...and set you on your path to healing...

I know the popular lore is that you should first complete the para-cleanse, and you have to be careful to prepare(and that's a good idea, if it works out that way), but I did my first LF without doing the para-cleanse 1st(out of desperation and just looking for some relief from the liver overload at the time)
and I did just fine.
(To address that, you may want to put 10 drops of Black Walnut Tincture into the OO/Gj mix, to make sure to kill any parasites that might be coming out of the liver in the LF).

But I do know that even without the para-cleanse at that time, and with not much prepping for the LF, I got so much relief from the LF, I knew I found something that could really help...
Try it, I think you'll be amazed...
And, of course, listen to your body and intuition.
