Spleenpain...I had horrific insomnia too

For my whole adult life, I've had terrible insomnia, having to take up to 6 mgs. of melatonin sometimes. No amount of herbs, calcium, NOTHING helped my insomnia.

Keep in mind that bowel cleansing is very important too as dirty, congested, bowels, also contribute to insomnia.

Now, I don't have to take melatonin at all, and if I do, it's usually 1/2 to 1 mg.
