I wonder what happens when bacteria breeds with ones DNA, sometimes I think I should get a microscope. Then again what I see is scary enough. Breakfast was dandylion leaves, taragon leaves, parsley, thyme and mint. Today is a lemon water day. To bad about the iodine, you can't get any kind? Did you check the salt water fish stores? That is where I get mine.

I really am not doing so bad, I have no big open leasions, and when the grains come out it doesn't seem to be as painful. I don't know if that because I am used to it or it is getting smaller. My energy level is up, that I think is because of the Vit C, B2, B12(this one is a big energy booster) also I am taking cod liver oil, plus a few drops of Lugols during a week. Dulse is a seaweed that is very high in iodine, I think you can find that there. Try some vaseline on the circle thing, sounds like a ringworm.

Liver congestion causes a person not to be calm, I think this is hard on the liver. I've said that before, but detoxing my liver has been really important. There are alot of herbs that help the liver. Of course having body bugs is enough to make anybody lose there calmness. Can't be good for one's Chi either.
